Commercial terms for Voreflow are supplied with a signed order and service agreement.
Product access
Voreflow is offered as a hosted service. Each organization is responsible for its users, access permissions and the content placed in its workspace. Trial workspaces are available for 14 days.
Plans and billing
Published prices are per agent, excluding applicable taxes. Requesters are included. A paid subscription starts only through a configured checkout and confirmed billing state. The signed order governs plan, payment and cancellation terms.
Data and export
Workspace admins can export ticket data. Customer-specific processing and retention terms belong in the service agreement and data processing agreement.
