Who needs a paid seat?

Owners, admins and agents who work on tickets count as seats. Requesters do not.

Can I try Voreflow before paying?

Yes. New workspaces have a 14-day trial when public onboarding opens. Contact us for early access now.

Is Voredesk included?

Voredesk is a separate product under development. Voreflow works independently; live remote-session integration will be released after verification.

Can I export my tickets?

Workspace admins can export ticket data as CSV from the Reports page.
